Terms of Service for Soof AI

Welcome to Soof AI, a product offered by AstonicLabs, based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Soof AI application (the “Service”), which is provided through the Shopify App Store for Shopify stores. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

1. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to share any API keys, technical information, or sensitive data related to Soof AI with unauthorized individuals. Only those with access to your Shopify store should access information regarding the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any data accessed via Soof AI complies with your store’s data privacy policies.

2. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

Soof AI offers two subscription plans:

• Standard Plan

  • For smaller stores
  • Cost: $0 per month, with $0.15 per chat (30-minute session)
  • Includes a 7-day free trial
  • Provides up to 2 integrations, AI Search, and a Knowledge Base

• Pro Plan

  • For larger stores
  • Cost: $49 per month, with $0.10 per chat (30-minute session)
  • Includes a 7-day free trial
  • Provides up to 4 integrations, additional integrations at $4.95 each, AI Search, and a Knowledge Base

Subscription fees are billed in accordance with your Shopify billing cycle, and all payments are managed through Shopify.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

• Soof AI collects only the data granted by the Shopify API. No additional data will be collected without explicit access permissions from you.
• For third-party integrations, such as Exact Online, Soof AI collects and stores API access tokens in secure, encrypted fields within our database.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Your use of any third-party integrations through Soof AI (e.g., Exact Online) is subject to the terms of the respective third-party providers. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Soof AI’s AI models may occasionally provide inaccurate or non-factual information (“hallucinate”). AstonicLabs is not responsible for any content generated by these AI models, nor for any decisions you or the Service make based on this content.
• You assume full responsibility for the use of information provided by Soof AI within your business operations.

6. Account Termination

Soof AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate API rate limits or authorization access limits. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent suspension of access to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

• “Soof AI” and associated logos are trademarks of AstonicLabs. The Service, including its underlying technology and all related content, is proprietary to AstonicLabs.
• You agree not to duplicate, copy, or otherwise infringe upon the intellectual property rights of AstonicLabs.

8. Amendments to Terms

AstonicLabs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the email associated with your Shopify account or directly within the Soof AI interface.
